SBI adopts ethical behavior that delivers sustainable results. We maintain zero tolerance for bribery and corruption, strictly adhering to the law and upholding the beyond-compliance approach. With our decades of experience and reputation for integrity across the globe, we are aware that unethical practices can result in inflated costs, money siphoned from projects, compromised quality, slowed production, and risk to employees. We take extensive measures to provide civil engineering solutions that clients can trust and rely on us.

● We are familiar with and comply with both local, national, and international regulations.

● We uphold all applicable laws and regulations related to ethics and standards.

● We are prepared to take on projects from Civil engineering firms that fail to comply with applicable laws /regulations. SBI has the capacity to mobilize resources promptly and effectively in order to accomplish projects to the highest standards.

 

Adherence to Compliance and Ethics laws:

Code of Ethics: SBI mandates high ethical standards for all employees, and regularly reviews them to ensure they follow the most recent regulations and guidelines specifically including:

○ Operating in good faith and with integrity

○ Prohibiting corruption and bribery

○ Preventing conflicts of interest

To uphold this code, SBI provides extensive ethical training at each project site, as well as conflict resolution strategies for all new hires and frequent refresher sessions for existing employees.

Anti-bribery and enforcement program: As a member of the Tel – Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), SBI adheres to the exchange’s anti-fraud regulations. Our Anti- bribery and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program is continually updated, and our rigorous framework includes:

■ Appointing officers to implement the compliance program.

■ Informing all employees and relevant business associates of policies.

■ Adopting suitable contractual clauses in all employment Contracts including all new and renewed agreements with business associates.

■ Performing due diligence in accordance with the compliance program;

■ Holding annual training for the company’s employees to reinforce familiarity with compliance programs and policies.

■ Ensuring that proper documentation and bookkeeping complies with company policies and procedures.
